Israel became one of the first countries in the world to introduce mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 and the COVID passport system.A group of Israeli doctors, lawyers, activists, and concerned citizens hired the Tel Aviv firm A. Suchovolsky & Co. Law to file a criminal complaint with the International Criminal Court, stating that the mandatory vaccine laws are a violation of the Nuremberg Code.They are suing the Netanyahu administration in the International Court of Justice, claiming that Israel is violating the Nuremberg Code by essentially subjecting Israelis to a medical experiment using controversial vaccines.Anshe ha-Emet (People of Truth), which includes Israeli doctors, lawyers, activists and concerned citizens, filed a complaint with the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, accusing the government of conducting a national “medical experiment” without first obtaining “informed consent”.”When the heads of the Ministry of Health, as well as the Prime Minister, presented the vaccine in Israel and began vaccinating residents of Israel, the vaccinated were not informed that in practice they were taking part in a medical experiment and that this required consent in accordance with the Nuremberg Code,” the lawsuit says.
